I knew Saydey was the 2nd princess in the Friendship Festival Pageant this year... but it wasn't until we got to the session that I also realized she was Miss. Photogenic. As soon as I saw her smile, I knew this was going to be an awesome session.

Saydey came styled in a gorgeous dark blue top with some cool palazzo pants. She chose her outfit colors perfectly to set off her baby blue eyes and blonde hair. Her second outfit was a beautiful, light blue pantsuit with thin stripes. I laughed when her mom tied the bow for her. How is it that only moms can manage to tie the perfect bows on outfits? (My mom still has to tie mine for special occasions.) Saydey nailed her outfit choices, which is a huge part of any senior session!

We had such a windy day! You might think this is a bad thing, but we totally made it work to our advantage. I love how we caught her hair flipping, framing her face, and her fixing her hair. The wind brought so much life and movement to her session and I think the results are breathtaking.

Saydey is a swimmer, she loves to read (she's my kind of girl!), and she will be attending Lincoln college in the fall to study business. She exudes kindness and her smile and laugh are so authentic. I feel so honored to have been able to capture her senior portraits. Today also happens to be her graduation day! Congratulations, Saydey!
